Unhinged Things We Love

We have questions. We do not want answers.

A curated discovery page for delightfully strange products, makers, decor, rituals, and internet finds that genuinely fit the Ageless Witch Aunt voice. Not always practical. Rarely restrained. Consistently delightful.

LaLePottery 🍄🌙

Some artists make pottery. Lauren Lewis creates entire little worlds out of clay.

Meet the wonderfully imaginative woman behind LaLePottery, where crescent moons, mischievous mushrooms, tiny frogs, dragons, and witchy cauldrons turn everyday objects into miniature works of magic.

But what really stole our hearts? Lauren’s handmade ceramic paint palettes. Inspired by her dream of creating something for fellow artists, these enchanting pieces are designed to help other people make beautiful things.

Art that inspires more art. Now THAT is our kind of magic. 💜

We went looking for one favorite and promptly lost all ability to choose. Consider yourself warned.

We’re delighted to feature Lauren’s creations with her permission, because the world needs more people making wonderfully unexpected things.

Alisa Stoilik—AI Creator & Art Director

Somewhere between a fever dream, a forgotten children’s television special, and the weirdest thing you’ve ever found in your grandmother’s attic lives the wonderfully strange world of Alisa Stoilik.

Alisa creates cinematic AI art and animation that manages to be beautiful, nostalgic, unsettling, and completely absurd—often all at once. Mushroom creatures have opinions. Cats appear to know things they absolutely should not know. Nothing is quite normal, and that is precisely the point.

We found her work, stopped scrolling, stared for an unreasonable amount of time, and knew immediately:

Unhinged Things We Love.

Because adulthood has enough sensible things.
